It is the tenant\u2019s responsibility to also make sure that employees are aware of its location.<\/p><h4>Procedure<\/h4><ol><li>The person who discovers the emergency dials 911, telling the paramedics:<ul><li>Building address<\/li><li>Your name<\/li><li>Your company name<\/li><li>Your floor\/suite number<\/li><li>Your telephone number<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>The person who discovers the emergency then calls the management office.<\/li><li>A Tenant representative, such as a Tenant Floor Warden meets emergency personnel and directs them to the medical emergency.<\/li><li>Management office recalls an elevator to the ground floor to transport the paramedics to the floor of the medical emergency.<\/li><\/ol><p><strong>NOTE: It is crucial that the injured person is not moved.
