Designed as a state of the art multi-tenant office facility, it provides 24,500 square foot floor plates and large column bays for efficient space layout. All tenant areas have access to natural light and views through a combination of large windows and column free space.<\/p><p>An appealing mix of glass and metal panels comprise the building facades and create a contemporary and distinctive building signature. A striking combination of red and black metal panels emphasize the building\u2019s two main entrances facing north and south. The south entrance opens to future development sites and an acre of preserved wetlands.<\/p><p>The preserved wetlands area underscores a commitment to the environment and provides a welcome buffer from International Airport Road.
