Federal Express
- A Federal Express drop box is located in the Calais I first floor tenant lounge. Packages are picked up at approximately 1:00 PM each afternoon. There are no scheduled pick-ups on Saturday or Sunday. Denali Tower’s drop box is located on the fifth floor. Packages are picked up at approximately 1:00 PM each afternoon. There are no scheduled pick-ups on Saturday or Sunday.

- Federal Express packages are delivered directly to tenants by Federal Express whenever possible. If no one is available in your suite to sign for a package, the package will be returned to the local Federal Express office.

- UPS drop off location is at Wells Fargo Bank 301 W Northern Lights Blvd.
- The local UPS Store is located at 200 W 34th Ave.
- The phone number is 907-561-4410
- UPS packages are delivered directly to tenants by UPS whenever possible. If no one is available to sign for a package, the package will be returned to the local UPS office.
