Parking

Parking is available on a first-come-first-serve, non-reserved basis unless assigned specifically via your Lease. It is JL Properties’ policy to tow any vehicle that is not appropriately parked. Towing will occur at the car owner’s expense. Please encourage all employees to be cautious and drive slowly through the parking lot.

JL Properties, Inc. is not responsible for vehicle theft or damage. Please lock your vehicle at all times, and do not leave it in the parking lot overnight. If an overnight stay becomes necessary, please notify the management office.

Please remember that bicycles are not allowed in the building. For your convenience and security, a bike rack is available and is located near the main building entrance. Bike riders are encouraged to use locks to secure their bikes.  International and C Street bike riders have access to an indoor bike rack in the mail room.  Access to the mail room is card access outside of normal business hours.

Garage Access (Denali Tower North)

Access to the garage is limited to code or card access outside of normal business hours. The door will automatically close after the code has been entered and a car has driven through, but will not remain open for more than one car. Each car must enter the code when the door is closed. While there may be a lag between the time a car drives through and the time the door closes, there will not be enough time for a second car to drive through before the door begins to close.
