International and C Street

The International and C Building is a 4-story, 100,000 square foot, Class A office space conveniently located in Anchorage’s midtown district. Located at the corner of International and C street, it offers easy access to local amenities and 360 degree views of the city’s picturesque surroundings. Designed as a state of the art multi-tenant office facility, it provides 24,500 square foot floor plates and large column bays for efficient space layout. Built according to the rigorous specifications of the most recognized organization for “sustainable design” and “green building,” the U.S. Green Building Council, it is on track for their Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Certification.
